When will you dispatch my item?

We will dispatch goods at our earliest. However most goods are dispatched next working day.

How will my order be delivered?

All items are sent by tracked for delivery service which can be tracked by Royal Mail on-line tracking system.

How long does it take to deliver items?

Delivery can take between 2 to 17 working days for U.K. mainland. However most goods are delivered in a few working days.  If goods are lost in transit, a full refund will be made after 18 days.

What will happen if I am out when you deliver?

If no one is available to accept the delivery, goods will be taken to your local Post Office / Royal Mail sorting office. Royal Mail may leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or to collect the parcel form your local post office / sorting office, please follow the instructions on the card. However if you have not received the item within 7 working days of placing the order please contact us for an update.

Can I change my delivery address?

No, once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend the delivery address. Please ensure that the delivery address you purchased with is PayPal confirmed as we do not deliver to unconfirmed or alternative delivery addresses. Sorry no exceptions.

How do I pay?

We only accept payment via PayPal, which is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay.  If you are not a member please log on to PayPal and follow the simple on line instructions to join. If however you are unsure on how to use PayPal please contact PayPal's Customer Support Line on 0870 7307191.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Sorry we are currently unable to accept orders over the phone.

What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?

In the rare event that an item you have paid for is not available due to inventory error we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware of the issue. We will offer you a full refund with our sincerest apologies.

Do the prices advertised include VAT?

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

Are the products you sell genuine & brand new?

All products we sell are 100% genuine and supplied in the manufactures original packaging.

Please note due to the reproductive limitations of photographic equipment and computer monitors the colour of the product can vary from the images provided. In the interest of innovation the supplier may update product without notice therefore the item supplied may defer slightly from the image in the listing.
